A very popular fish, Striped Bass can be found in the Atlantic Ocean just off the coast of North America. Our Striped Bass is caught in wild, which provides a different taste then those that are farmed.

With a mild smooth flavor the Striped Bass can be baked, grilled, roasted, or pan-fried. This fish goes great with roasted tomatoes or peppers.
