Very large and very fast, Swordfish get their names from a distinctly long bill that protrudes out from their face, which resembles a sword. They use this unique appendage to stun and slash at their prey. Swordfish can be found in the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans.
Swordfish are typically prepared by marinating and then grilling, much in the same way one prepares a good steak.
